Jana Beard is the Executive Assistant to Christy Vines, President and CEO of Ideos Institute. In this role, she manages administrative tasks and plays a crucial role in supporting the work of Ideos through scheduling, organization and helping with project needs. 

Jana comes to this role with a unique set of skills due to her background as a public school reading and intervention specialist. Not surprisingly, she has a passion for helping others achieve their full potential, working to find ways to solve everyday problems, and loves being a part of a successful team.  

Jana holds a BA and Master’s of Education from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. She and her husband have been in full-time Camp Ministry for over 25 years and currently live and serve at a camp in Northeast Alabama.
